You need to open the service menu:
Menu->Copies -> Left arrow -> right arrow ->Menu -> right arrow.
"Rdy Tech" will be displayed.
Now press "Menu" then move to "Data setup", then "CLR CNT" , then "CLR all CNT".
Note:This will work only if you had reset you printer with the reset software
